Taiwan may be known for its competitive manufacturing, sky scraping architecture and authentic food fetes, but this particular Taiwanese cafe is offering its visitors a whole new experience.
Reaching out to more than your average caffeine devotee, this coffee shop also decided to target pet owners. As a focus group always looking to splurge on latest inventions having to do with their non-verbal best friends, it was no surprise My Cofi became the latest buzzing phrase in communities around the world.
The creative cafe has its diners barking with excitement at the innovative option to turn one’s coffee into a flawless portrait of their beloved pet. The staff at My Cofi has created delectable cappuccinos featuring nearly every pet imaginable, including bunny rabbits, birds, cats, and dogs.
Situated in Kaohsiung City, the coffee shop has both locals and people from around the world filling up the place at all hours, accompanied by pictures of their furry pals. And while the talented baristas are always on board with new challenges and perfecting their personalized morning brew serving, the owner of My Cofi, Chang Kuei Fang, is the one called over for the more painstaking portraits.
“My staff can do the basic latte art but as for the customised creations which are more difficult, only I can do those,” said Fang in one interview.
By using chocolate, milk and a pinch of food coloring, Monday blues are out the window, since keeping a straight face while sipping coffee resembling one’s furry friend is practically impossible.
Thanks to My Cofi, the spot that specializes in making incredible 3D foam sculptures of the animals we keep so close to our hearts, daily routines are now significantly more fun, with nothing more than a quick cafe visit to brighten up your day.
